Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Manager NDT Digital Imaging for Imaging Solutions, East of USA. Based in Charlotte or the surrounding area, you will lead the sales strategy and manage North America accounts to drive revenue, profit and sustainable pipeline growth.

You will own the full sales lifecycle, collaborate with product management, service, applications and commercial operations, and mentor regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years in an equivalent sales/management role in imaging or NDT.
• Commercial and technical experience in Imaging Solutions and related NDT products.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers in North America.
• Manage full sales lifecycle to achieve targets and grow the pipeline.
• Collaborate with product, service and commercial teams to support deals.
• Develop account plans and go-to-market actions for CR/DR and generator opportunities.
• Travel within North America up to 50% as required.
