Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading a team in post-sales or service.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Expertise in non-destructive testing is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 30–50% as required.
• Tech/engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operational teams in different regions to set and meet customer expectations.
• Drive NPS improvements and resolve customer issues.
• Assist with new product launches through support planning.
• Provide proactive leadership on escalated service cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations.
• Work with software and hardware engineers for effective resolutions.
• Lead initiatives to optimize order fulfilment cycles.
• Analyze install base data to identify trends affecting satisfaction.
• Identify development opportunities for continuous improvement.
