Job summary

Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking a Sales Director – Sales to drive profit growth and market share across North America and Latin America for the Industrial Computed Tomography portfolio. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Sales Managers and Application Engineers, shaping customer relationships and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

The role requires a strong blend of commercial leadership, technical understanding, and strategic account management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Business, or related field.
Minimum 10 years in industrial B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
Experience leading complex capital equipment sales.
Experience with technical solution selling and consultative sales approaches.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
Strong financial acumen including forecasting, pipeline management, and contract negotiations.
Willingness to travel extensively across North America and sometimes Latin America.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the regional growth strategy for North America & LatAm.
Deliver annual orders, revenue, margin, and operating plan commitments.
Drive pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, opportunity management, and sales execution.
Lead strategic account planning for key customers in aerospace, automotive, electronics, and more.
Coach Sales Managers to achieve objectives and improve commercial effectiveness.
Identify and develop new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships.
Support pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract execution.
Lead executive-level customer engagement and escalation management.
