Job summary

Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking a Sales Manager for NDT Digital Imaging - Imaging Solutions, West of USA, based in Los Angeles or surrounding area. The role leads the Imaging Solutions SBU sales strategy and manages the full sales lifecycle to achieve targeted sales, profit objectives, and a strong pipeline across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in an equivalent sales role.
• Commercial and technical experience in Imaging Solutions, industrial radiography, CR/DR digital imaging, X-ray generators, or related NDT products.
• Excellent sales and communication skills with ability to train and inspire others.
• Willingness to travel within North America up to 50%.
• Ability to manage the full sales lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and customer success.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle to successful customer closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and decision makers at customer sites on proposals.
• Coordinate with technical colleagues to address customer requests and discuss local conditions.
• Lead country and regional sales responsibilities across North America and drive growth for Imaging Solutions SBU.
