Job summary

Acuren Bio is seeking a State Carded Trainer RT Assistant to support calibrations, nondestructive testing, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations. You will assist Radiographers, set up NDT equipment, and record inspection results.

The role requires an RT State Card with Trainer status, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a technical background. A thorough background check and clean driving record are required as part of compliance.

Qualifications

• RT State Card with Trainer status required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• Technical background desired.
• Must pass background check.
• Driver record must meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and utilize Nondestructive Test equipment.
• Assist Radiographers in the calibration of NDT equipment.
• Assist Radiographers to conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities using NDT methods of inspection.
• Record results of inspections.
• Assist performing NDT procedures, carrying equipment and other operations.
• Perform other job related tasks as assigned by management.
