Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking RT Assistants to support nondestructive testing, calibrations, and evaluations per written instructions. The role is open to US-based candidates and involves assisting radiographers and recording inspection results.

Responsibilities include setting up NDT equipment, calibrating gear, and performing tests to detect defects using NDT methods while complying with safety and regulatory requirements. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid TWIC Card
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some college preferred
• Technical background desired
• Background check required to comply with regulations and driving record standards

Responsibilities

• Set up and utilize Nondestructive Test equipment
• Assist Radiographers in the calibration of NDT equipment
• Assist Radiographers to conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities using NDT methods
• Record results of inspections
• Assist performing NDT procedures, carrying equipment and other operations
• Perform other job related tasks as assigned by management
