Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in delivering nondestructive testing services at client sites. This role is a critical first step in developing a career in asset integrity and inspection.

The successful candidate will assist with setting up inspections, preparing materials, and ensuring safety and documentation, while traveling to multiple locations as required. TEAM emphasizes safety, teamwork and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Willingness to travel and work in various environments typical in Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Power, Aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.).
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiation safety practices and help secure work areas for radiographic testing where applicable.
• Transport equipment to and from job sites and maintain inventory control.
• Complete field reports, timesheets, and other documentation as directed.
• Follow all safety rules, site protocols, and LIFE Critical expectations.
