Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is a global leader in asset integrity solutions. We seek an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians at client sites, assisting with UT, MT, PT, RT inspections and related tasks.

This role is a first step toward a career in asset integrity and testing operations. You will participate in safety practices, learn to prepare materials and tools, and travel to various locations with provided per diem.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening background check.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Willingness to travel and work in various environments typically found in Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Power, Municipality, Aerospace, and other type settings.
• Willingness and ability to work extended shifts, weekends, and alternative work schedules as required.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various environmental conditions.
• Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.) in accordance with TEAM and client procedures.
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiation safety practices and help secure work areas for radiographic testing (where applicable).
• Transport equipment to and from job sites, maintaining safe handling and inventory control.
• Ensure all tools and work areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Complete field reports, timesheets, and other documentation as directed.
• Follow all safety rules, client site protocols, and TEAM's Life Critical Expectations.
• Perform general labor duties related to rigging, lifting, and access equipment setup.
