TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant/Apprentice based in Shepherdsville, KY.

The role involves working with certified NDT technicians on UT, MT, PT, RT inspections, managing job-site equipment, and supporting field operations across industrial sectors. The position offers hands-on training, safety-focused responsibilities, and opportunities to advance into Level I/II technician roles with full travel support and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screenings and background checks.
• Ability to obtain site access credentials (TWIC, DISA).
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work in elevated or confined spaces.
• Willingness to travel and work extended shifts, weekends, or variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified technicians during non-destructive testing inspections and equipment setups.
• Transport, clean, and organize testing tools, materials, and field equipment.
• Support radiation safety practices and secure perimeter boundaries for radiographic testing when required.
• Execute general labor tasks including rigging, lifting, and setting up access equipment.
• Complete daily field reports, timesheets, and required job documentation.
• Comply with Life Critical Expectations, client safety rules, and OSHA standards.
