Security Services Northwest, Inc. is seeking an NDA Security Supervisor for Lopez Island, WA. The role requires 10–15 years of combined experience in security, police, or military backgrounds, and graveyard/weekend availability.

The position offers a $42.00 hourly rate with benefits including health and vision insurance and an Employee Assistance Program. The successful candidate will oversee unarmed security operations, monitor activities, manage access control, and coordinate with local law

Qualifikationen

• Requires current Washington State Unarmed Security Guard License.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Clean criminal and driving records.

• Monitor activities and access control.
• Provide safety escorts and assist customers, employees, visitors per procedures.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire, and accidents
• Monitor activities
• Access Control
• Safety escorts
• Using provided communication devices
• Represent SSNW’s brand
• Properly wear the issued uniform
• Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR)
• Work with local law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Provide friendly assistance to customers, employees and visitors following the department's procedures.
• Other duties as described in the Post Orders

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Current Washington State Unarmed Security Guard License
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean criminal record and driving record
• 10-15 years of combined experience (Military, Law Enforcement, and/or Security)
• EMT Background a huge plus
• Smart phone to access the apps we use for scheduling, clocking in/out, and reporting
• Availability to work graveyards and weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Honesty and Integrity
• Able to work non-traditional hours including swings, graveyard, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to react appropriately in high stress situations
