Security Services Northwest, Inc. on Lopez Island, WA is seeking an NDA Security Supervisor. The role requires 10–15 years combined experience in security, police, or military, and graveyard/weekend availability.

Expect a $42.00 hourly rate with comprehensive benefits and potential overtime. The company delivers high-level protection for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across the Pacific Northwest.

Formación

• Washington State Unarmed Security Guard License is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 10–15 years combined experience (Military, Law Enforcement or Security).
• Graveyard/weekend availability required.
• EMT background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire and accidents.
• Monitor activities and perform access control.
• Provide safety escorts and assist customers and staff.
• Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and coordinate with local law enforcement.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire, and accidents
• Monitor activities
• Access Control
• Safety escorts
• Using provided communication devices
• Represent SSNW’s brand
• Properly wear the issued uniform
• Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR)
• Work with local law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Provide friendly assistance to customers, employees and visitors following the department's procedures.
• Other duties as described in the Post Orders

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Current Washington State Unarmed Security Guard License
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean criminal record and driving record
• 10-15 years of combined experience (Military, Law Enforcement, and/or Security)
• EMT Background a huge plus
• Smart phone to access the apps we use for scheduling, clocking in/out, and reporting
• Availability to work graveyards and weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Honesty and Integrity
• Able to work non-traditional hours including swings, graveyard, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to react appropriately in high stress situations
