Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service – preferably in a retail setting.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with smartphones and common apps.
• Valid driver's license and bondable; background check may apply.
• Construction or insurance experience is desirable but training available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations by visiting policyholders' residences to assess property damage and negotiate settlements.
• Use claims software, company vehicle, and laptop to write damage estimates in a paperless environment.
• Evaluate potential subrogation opportunities and report findings.
• Engage with policyholders, claimants, agents, witnesses, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining safety standards and professional conduct in all interactions.
• Travel for CAT deployments and field assignments as required.
