Civil Science, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Design Division Manager to lead and grow our transportation design practice in North Dakota. This role can be remote, but applicants must be based in North Dakota.

Qualifications
- Licensure as a Professional Engineer (ND) required.
- 10+ years in transportation design or related infra.
- Experience leading multiple projects and teams.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Proficiency with project budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Transportation Design Division, incl. PMs and staff.
- Oversee multiple projects for quality, schedule, budget.
- Serve as senior client contact for transportation work.
- Support business development and client pursuits.
- Collaborate with leadership to grow the division.
- Mentor staff and foster strong team culture.
- Ensure QA/QC for high‑quality delivery.
- Balance strategy with hands-on project oversight.
