Job summary

You will conduct noninvasive NCS, gather accurate data, assist with injections, document in EMR, and maintain patient comfort with excellent service. Some travel within Texas (up to 25%) to Austin, Houston, and San Antonio is required. Excellent customer service and accuracy are essential in this hands-on, cross-functional role.

Qualifications

• Current Nerve Conduction Study Technologist (R.NCS.T.) certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a neurology clinic or related specialty.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Computer literate with EMR and medical practice management software experience.
• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel within Texas up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Performs noninvasive nerve-conduction studies under physician supervision.
• Gathers accurate test data and documents results in the EMR.
• Assists with injections and other clinical duties as assigned.
• Maintains infection control and safety guidelines in the clinic.
• Provides excellent customer service and patient communication.
