Job summary

Join Saint Therese at St. Mary of the Woods as a Part-Time Non-Certified Nurse Aide (NCNA). Provide daily living assistance, monitor vitals, and follow care plans in a faith-based senior living setting.

Qualifications

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations.
  • Ability to pass post-offer screenings, including drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others.
  • Awareness of and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (>50 lbs).

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on care to residents in accordance with approved care plans.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, personal care, and comfort measures.
  • Monitor and record vital signs and other required documentation accurately and timely.
  • Follow infection control standards and safety protocols at all times.
  • Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
  • Collaborate with nurses and care team members to ensure quality, person-centered care.
  • Contribute to a positive, culture-driven community with strong staff-to-resident ratios.

Available Shifts: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. | 80 hours per two-week pay period

Schedule: Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday

Pay Range: $16-21/hour *Same Day Pay Available*

  • Previous caregiving experience in senior living, long-term care, or a healthcare setting
