Saint Therese at St. Mary of the Woods in Avon, OH is seeking a Part-Time Non-Certified Nurse Aide (NCNA) to support residents with daily activities during evening overnight hours, following care plans and documenting care.

Full-Time | Non-Certified Nurse Aide NCNA

Available Shifts: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. | 80 hours per two-week pay period

Schedule: Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday

Pay Range: $16-21/hour *Same Day Pay Available*

In this hands‑on non-certified Nurse Aide role, you'll support individuals with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and comfort, while closely following care plans and maintaining accurate documentation. You'll play a vital role in promoting a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards, all while treating residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations
• Ability to pass required post-offer screenings, including drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks
• Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others
• Awareness of and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities
• Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience in senior living, long-term care, or a healthcare setting
