Job summary

Third Coast Bank is seeking an experienced nCino Administrator to manage the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce. The role focuses on configuration, maintenance, and optimization to meet banking and financial services needs, supporting end users and ongoing system improvements.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure secure data handling, effective automation, and regulatory compliance while delivering training and documentation for users.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as an nCino administrator or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS or IT or equivalent.
• nCino Certified Administrator preferred.
• Strong Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration knowledge.
• Familiarity with banking processes and lending workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize nCino on Salesforce, including loan lifecycle and automation.
• Provide day-to-day end-user support and deliver training.
• Manage data imports/exports, deduplication, and record maintenance.
• Control security: roles, permissions, and data access.
• Design automated workflows and approvals across lending, risk, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain reports/dashboards for loan performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in configurations.
• Coordinate system updates and feature deployments with IT and vendors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes.
• Stay informed on Salesforce and nCino features and recommend improvements.
• Handle data integration methods, including API and file-based.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects.
