Job summary

Paducah Bank is seeking a CRM & Business Systems Coordinator to support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce and nCino platforms. You will help with user support, reporting, data management, training, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience.

You will work closely with the Business Transformation & CRM Platform Manager to ensure data quality, platform adoption, and timely deployment of enhancements, gaining exposure to banking

Qualifications

• Education/training equivalent to an Associates’ Degree is required.
• More than three years, fewer than five years of experience is preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for Salesforce and nCino users and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with user account setup and system access requests.
• Support maintenance of reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Document system issues and coordinate resolution with teams or vendors.
• Assist testing and validation of enhancements prior to deployment.
