Job summary

Kinecta Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced administrator to own and optimize the nCino/Salesforce platform in El Segundo, CA. You will manage configuration, user enablement, releases, and data integrity while partnering with Information Technology and vendor teams to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to lead projects without heavy supervision, and effective communication across business partners.

Qualifications

• Requires experience with nCino and Salesforce Inspector, Reporting, Forms Gen, UI, and Product Hierarchy with banking operations understanding.
• Salesforce license is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and effective communication are crucial for success.
• Ability to drive consensus across competing business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the nCino/Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting and first-level user support.
• Oversee ongoing internal support, resolve tickets with business partners, and communicate updates.
• Administer user access, security roles, onboarding, and training for nCino users.
• Lead releases/upgrades, review notes, summarize changes, and inform partners of testing needs.
• Maintain platform governance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Document processes and training materials; back up departmental reports.
