Qualifications

• Experience researching materials to compile and summarize for reports.
• Experience analyzing information, identifying problems, defining alternatives, and making recommendations.
• Experience interpreting rules and regulations regarding student records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong oral and written communication with varied stakeholders.
• High School Diploma.

Responsabilités

• Eligibility Worksheets - Update and monitor eligibility worksheets for individuals and teams.
• Provide feedback and projections regarding NCAA eligibility to Athletics Academic Center.
• Certify Student-Athletes for Competition - review academic credentials for eligibility.
• Assimilate and file documentation to support certification (transcripts, degree audits, progress forms).
• Create EDF and submit to Athletics Compliance Office.
• Academic Pre-Evaluations - conduct pre-evaluations for prospective student-athletes and provide timely feedback.
• Assist APP updates in Compliance Assistant 2.0 with pertinent information yearly.
• Work with Athletics Academic Center and Compliance staff to ensure information accuracy.
• Provide feedback for NCAA responses to information.
• Academic Progress Forms - create, distribute, review, and file forms from advising centers.
• Follow up with advising centers for clarification as needed.
• Full-Time Enrollment Monitoring - oversee monitoring of full-time enrollment of student-athletes and staff.
• Other Assigned Duties - assist with general office organization and support.
• Professionalism - maintain decorum per Registrar's policies.
