Job summary

California State University San Marcos is seeking an Assistant Director of Compliance and Student-Athlete Support Services to oversee NCAA compliance activities and the support services for student-athletes. This role partners with the Athletics compliance office, Registrar, Admissions, Financial Aid, Advising Center, and other student centers to ensure eligibility and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with NCAA rules compliance and governing body requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with Registrar, Financial Aid, Advising, and Athletics departments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for reporting and audits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CSUSM's NCAA compliance efforts and oversight of student-athlete support services.
• Coordinate with Athletics compliance office, Registrar, Admissions, Financial Aid, Advising Center and Faculty Athletics Representative.
• Oversee eligibility processes for all student-athletes and manage related reports (APC, ASR, graduation rates).
