California State University San Marcos is inviting applications for the role of Assistant Director of Compliance and Student-Athlete Support Services. This full-time exempt position leads compliance efforts and supports student-athletes through advising, financial aid coordination, and records for NCAA reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Athletics, Registrar, Admissions, and Advising, with emphasis on eligibility, scholarship processing and student success.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the University’s NCAA compliance efforts and oversee all support services for student-athletes.
• Coordinate with the Department of Athletics compliance office, the Office of the Registrar, Admissions, Financial Aid, University Advising Center, and other Student Centers.
• Oversee eligibility certification for all student-athletes and processing of athletic scholarships.
• Coordinate and provide student-record information for NCAA reports such as APC, ASR and graduation rates.
• Create a positive experience for student-athletes fostering personal, academic and athletic growth that supports retention and timely graduation.
