Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (degree conferred on or before start date).
• Two years experience working in Athletics Administration support, NCAA Compliance, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective student‑athletes' academic credentials to determine eligibility for initial-eligibility, transfer and progress‑toward‑degree requirements.
• Monitor ongoing progress toward meeting these requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor the admissions process of prospective student‑athletes.
• Serve as an educational resource to coaches on NCAA legislation.
• Coordinate data related to proper submission of student‑athlete academic records for APR and GSR programs.
• Develop and maintain an APR projection process for each sport program.
• Conduct rules education sessions and educate constituents about NCAA rules and institutional policies.
• Review prospects' and students' status for eligibility for commitments and participate in try-outs.
• Prepare reports and waivers for submission to NCAA and Conference Office.
