Oklahoma Baptist University, a Christian university, seeks an Athletic Compliance Director to oversee daily compliance operations and ensure NCAA, conference, and institutional policies are followed. This role demands strong knowledge of Compliance Assistant and ARMS.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree (Master’s or JD preferred), with NCAA compliance experience (graduate assistant or part-time). Must be a member of a local evangelical Christian church.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or JD preferred.
• Experience in NCAA compliance preferred (graduate assistant or part-time).
• Must be a member of a local evangelical Christian church.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of athletic compliance.
• Monitor NCAA, conference and institutional eligibility for student‑athletes.
• Monitor CARA activities to ensure NCAA compliance.
• Monitor official and unofficial visits by recruits.
• Track athletic scholarship budgets and recruiting activities.
• Educate coaches, student‑athletes, staff and boosters on NCAA policies.
• Distribute and monitor year‑start forms for student‑athletes.
• Review eligibility with registrar for incoming, transfers and continuing student athletes.
• Assist with game day operations.
• Other duties as assigned by the Sr Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations or the Director of Athletics.
