Job summary

Apogee Engineering seeks a Software Test & Evaluation Engineer to support mission-critical software modernization, deployment, and training development for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center and USSTRATCOM.

The role focuses on advancing mission planning and execution capabilities through Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, and training materials development, collaborating with PMO, developers, and users to meet test and training needs.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Clearance TS/SCI required.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years with DoD.

Responsibilities

• Provide test support during all SMPES software and system modernization phases.
• Develop and maintain SMPES test plans and strategies.
• Provide operational test and training expertise to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop operational scenarios for training and test events.
• Produce after-action reports for SMPES test events.
