Zusammenfassung

Apogee seeks a Systems Engineer III to support mission-critical software modernization, development, and deployment for DoD programs, including the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center and USSTRATCOM/J56. This on-site role at Offutt AFB, Nebraska, requires extensive systems engineering, Agile/DevOps practices, and rigorous nuclear surety standards.

You will lead requirements gathering, develop data exchange mappings, and oversee end-to-end integration testing across conventional and nuclear

Qualifikationen

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including DoD involvement.
US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance required.
Bachelor's degree required.

Aufgaben

Lead business systems analysis to support integration of conventional and nuclear mission capabilities under the J56 portfolio.
Coordinate requirements gathering across stakeholders to align strategic objectives.
Develop detailed process flows and data exchange mappings bridging legacy nuclear systems with modern platforms.
Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure nuclear surety, safety, and compliance.
Facilitate cross-domain working groups to resolve integration challenges and ensure interoperability.
Oversee end-to-end integration testing, including scenario simulations for system performance.
Provide leadership with impact analyses, risk assessments, and mitigation recommendations.
