Job summary
Apogee seeks a Software Test & Evaluation Engineer to support Air Force NC3 modernization, deployment, and training development efforts at Offutt AFB in Omaha, NE. The role advances mission planning and execution using Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, and development of operational training materials.

Qualifications
- US citizenship required.
- TS/SCI clearance required and ability to maintain.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years DoD.
Responsibilities
- Provides test support during SMPES modernization efforts.
- Evaluates software against operational mission tasks with users and developers.
- Develops SMPES test plans and strategies aligned with USSTRATCOM goals.
- Provides operational test and training expertise to leadership and teams.
- Supports Product Owner for SMPES development and modernization.
- Develops operational training material and training scenarios.
- Produces after-action reports for SMPES test events.
- Drafts and updates training materials reflecting current releases and sprints.
