Booz Allen Hamilton in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications Program Analyst to advance NC3 modernization initiatives for the DoD. You will apply rigorous analysis and strategic thinking to support mission-critical programs.

The role requires 7+ years in defense staff roles, DoD framework experience, a TS/SCI clearance, and a bachelor’s degree, with opportunities to brief executives and influence outcomes.

Formación

• 7+ years in an action and staff officer role on a Joint Staff, service-level, or agency HQ.
• Experience with DoD adaptive acquisition framework processes and developing required program documentation and strategic-level recommendations according to DoD regulations and directives
• Experience with modernization planning and governance of NC3 systems and related satellite communications or wireless command, control
• Experience briefing senior defense officials and preparing correspondence per DoD guidance and using DoD tools
• Knowledge of JCIDS or PPBE processes
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in cross-functional delivery teams and communicating findings to senior clients
• Experience with U.S. government acquisition programs and architecture design

Responsabilidades

• Conduct research and develop strategies and briefings to support NC3 programs and modernization efforts.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex NC3 systems, policies, and processes for modernization.
• Support the DoD client with analysis and decision-support materials.
• Prepare materials for senior-level meetings and briefings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
