Job summary

CEXEC Inc in Arlington, VA is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to support our long‑standing Pentagon client onsite. The role involves coordinating NC3 policy and interoperability efforts, tracking staff equities, and supporting governance activities with senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will hold TS/SCI clearance, have 3 years of staff support experience, and a Bachelor's degree (or 5 years' equivalent). Excellent written and spoken communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 3 years of staff support experience, preferably at senior level.
• Knowledge of C2/NC2/NC3 policy and processes is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years' related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to function independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for NC3 capability management to advance integration and interoperability with NMCS/NLCC.
• Assist in tracking Joint Staff and operational user equities and requirements for NC3-related efforts.
• Plan and participate in assessments of NC3 systems and procedures.
• Support governance forums including meeting coordination, read-aheads, and maintaining online databases.
