Job summary

CE Xe C, doing business as CEXEC, Inc., seeks an experienced Assessment and Operations Officer to provide vital planning, execution, and analytical support for the NC3/NMCS portfolio. You will assess end-to-end command and control capabilities across the full spectrum of crisis operations and work with senior leadership, Joint Staff, and Combatant Commands to identify system trends and risks.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI Eligible (Required).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (equivalent experience may substitute).
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant assessments, exercises, operations, or analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead NMCS assessments and exercises planning, execution, and analysis.
• Formulate assessment requirements, objectives, schedules, and reporting formats.
• Ensure CJCS Instructions and national policies compliance.
• Analyze results to identify trends, risks, and deficiencies.
• Provide direct, executive-level feedback and recommended solutions.
• Track corrective actions stemming from evaluations.
