Job summary
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a senior NC3 Technical Expert in Arlington, VA, to support the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering. The role emphasizes NC3 systems, resilient communications, strategic deterrence technologies, and mission systems integration.

Qualifications
- Must have current and active TS/SCI clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
- Experience supporting DoW RDT&E community and engaging with senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert on NC3 systems, resilient communications architectures, and mission systems integration
- Advise senior DoW leadership on strategic directions and capability gaps
- Develop roadmaps, strategic assessments, and executive-level products for modernization and investment planning
- Coordinate with DoW RDT&E community, government labs, industry, academia, and international partners
- Analyze programs, assist in evaluations, requirements development, and transition planning
- Prepare briefings, reports, white papers for senior leadership decision-making
