Job summary

Constellation West seeks an Engineer for NC3, assisting the government in enterprise assessment oversight. The role focuses on planning, data analysis, risk assessment, and after-action reporting within Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications disciplines.

Active TS clearance with eligibility for SCI/SAR is required, with NC2/NC3 experience and strong analytical/data skills. General qualifications include a degree or equivalent experience and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of statistics using statistical packages for analyzing data sets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining, building, and executing assessment plans and schedules; develop result reports; provide input for trend analysis.
• Recommend special focus items supporting assessment criteria and establish feedback methods for after-action reporting.
• Track assessment issues and resolutions to support enterprise risk and certification efforts.
