Geo Spatial Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior Action Officer to lead NC3 strategic planning and coordinate joint operations.

The role focuses on providing expert guidance across NC3 activities, ensuring seamless integration across agencies and domains, and supporting national security initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in NC3, an electronic warfare background, and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in NC3 positions, including NC3 plans and policies
• Electronic warfare background
• TS/SCI clearance
• Experience on a command staff and executing NC3 planning functions
• Experience managing data and identifying mission risk
• Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time to support on-site assessments worldwide

Responsibilities

• Overseeing implementation of procedures for strategic NC3 operations in alignment with strategic objectives
• Provide expert NC3 knowledge and experience to support mission success
• Conduct nuclear assessments on USSTRATCOM NC3 operations at various installations to produce actionable insights for senior leadership
• Support military operations through detailed planning, situational assessment, and coordination with mission partners
• Facilitate communication between different operational elements to ensure synchronized efforts in NC3 operations
• Understanding of radio frequency fundamentals and wave propagation
