Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Top Secret / SCI eligibility required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in assessments, exercises, operations, or analysis on NC2/NC3 systems.
- Strong NC2/NC3 knowledge and CJCS directives familiarity.
- Ability to synthesize complex data for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead NMCS assessments and exercises planning, execution, and analysis.
- Develop assessment requirements, objectives, schedules, and reporting formats.
- Ensure operations and reporting comply with CJCSI and national policies.
- Analyze results to identify trends, risks, and deficiencies.
- Provide executive-level feedback and recommended actionable improvements.
- Track corrective actions to support enterprise risk assessments.
