Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Regional Physical Inventory Manager for the North Carolina Distribution Center. You will oversee inventory across hubs, DCs, and stores, drive accuracy, and lead physical inventory events at the NC site.

The role requires 5+ years in inventory management with multi-site leadership, ERP/WMS experience (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, NetSuite), travel up to 25%, and a track record of building controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and lead network-wide inventory strategies across DCs, stores, and hubs
• Own the annual physical inventory calendar and reconciliation processes
• Lead and develop inventory teams; provide training on best practices across locations
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Store Ops, IT, and Merchandising to ensure data integrity
• Oversee inventory reconciliation across business segments and drive process improvements
