Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Regional Physical Inventory Manager for the North Carolina Distribution Center in Conover. You will oversee inventory accuracy across hub locations, retail stores, and distribution centers, driving process improvements and leading physical inventory events to reduce shrink and improve operations.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in inventory management with 2+ years in leadership, plus strong ERP/WMS expertise (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, NetSuite).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inventory management experience, incl multi-site leadership.
• Proven track record with large-scale physical inventories.
• Expertise in ERP and WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, NetSuite).
• Strong analytical, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead inventory strategies across DCs, stores, and hubs.
• Own annual physical inventory calendar and reconciliation.
• Manage a team of inventory specialists and site leads.
• Implement standardized inventory controls and audits.
• Partner with Finance, Logistics, IT, and Merchandising for data integrity.
