Job summary

Galaxy ABA Therapy is hiring a full-time Physician Liaison to grow referrals across North Carolina (Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, the Triad and surrounding areas) by building trusted relationships with pediatricians, autism diagnosing providers, psychologists, schools and community organizations.

You will own a territory plan, visit practices weekly, host informative sessions, and work closely with our intake team to move referrals efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in healthcare sales, provider relations, or physician/community outreach.
• Track record of meeting visit, referral or growth targets.
• Autism, ABA or pediatric behavioral health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own territory plan and visit pediatric practices and related groups weekly.
• Host lunch-and-learns; explain services, intake process and family experience.
• Collaborate with intake to move referrals to started services quickly.
• Log provider touches and pipeline stages in the CRM; report weekly.
• Represent Galaxy ABA at autism resource fairs and community events.
