Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking a Provider Relations Lead in Winston-Salem. You will cultivate relationships with pediatricians, schools, and referral sources, serving as the local face of the organization and guiding referrals into care.

In this role you will own the provider pipeline, represent the company at events, and collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure seamless starts to care. A mobility mindset and strong relationship focus are essential.

Qualifications

• ABA or healthcare experience required in or around ABA/provider relations.
• Established connections to pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, or referral sources.
• Must live within commuting distance of Winston-Salem and be mobile.
• Independent, organized, and able to manage a territory like a business.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen provider relationships in the WS area across healthcare and education.
• Represent The Treetop at provider offices and community events.
• Drive completed intakes by turning referrals into care starts.
• Respond quickly to referrals to minimize wait times and align care.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams for smooth starts and track activity.
