Galaxy ABA Therapy is seeking a full-time Physician Liaison to expand referrals across Virginia, including Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads. You will build trusted relationships with pediatricians, autism diagnosing providers, psychologists, schools, and community groups.

You will own a territory plan, host lunch-and-learns, coordinate with the intake team, and track touchpoints in our CRM while reporting to the Director of Operations. The role offers autonomy and direct access to leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in healthcare sales, provider relations, or outreach.
• Track record of meeting visit or referral targets.
• Autism, ABA, or pediatric behavioral health experience a plus.
• Strong consultative communication and CRM habits.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Virginia.

Responsabilités

• Visit pediatric practices and diagnosing providers, psychology and psychiatry groups, hospitals and schools on a consistent weekly schedule.
• Host lunch-and-learns and explain our services, intake process and family experience in plain language.
• Work weekly with our intake team so referrals move to started services quickly, and keep referring providers updated.
• Log every provider touchpoint and pipeline stage in our CRM and report weekly to the Director of Operations.
• Represent Galaxy ABA at autism resource fairs and community events.
• Follow all Galaxy compliance policies on referral relationships, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Virginia law.

Galaxy ABA provides in-home and center-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We are hiring a full-time Physician Liaison to grow referrals across Virginia (Hampton Roads and Northern Virginia) by building trusted relationships with pediatricians, autism diagnosing providers, psychologists, schools and community organizations.
