Galaxy ABA Therapy is hiring a full-time Physician Liaison to grow referrals across North Carolina (Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, the Triad and surrounding areas) by building trusted relationships with pediatricians, autism diagnosing providers, psychologists, schools and community organizations.

You will own a territory plan, visit practices weekly, host informative sessions, and work closely with our intake team to move referrals efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in healthcare sales, provider relations, or physician/community outreach.
• Track record of meeting visit, referral or growth targets.
• Autism, ABA or pediatric behavioral health experience is a plus.

Galaxy ABA provides in-home and center-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We are hiring a full-time Physician Liaison to grow referrals across North Carolina (Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, the Triad and surrounding areas) by building trusted relationships with pediatricians, autism diagnosing providers, psychologists, schools and community organizations.

What you will do

• Own a territory plan and visit pediatric practices, diagnosing providers, psychology and psychiatry groups, hospitals and schools on a consistent weekly schedule

• Host lunch-and-learns and explain our services, intake process and family experience in plain language

• Work weekly with our intake team so referrals move to started services quickly, and keep referring providers updated

• Log every provider touchpoint and pipeline stage in our CRM and report weekly to the Director of Operations

• Represent Galaxy ABA at autism resource fairs and community events

• Follow all Galaxy compliance policies on referral relationships, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and North Carolina law

What you bring

• 1+ year in healthcare sales, provider relations, or physician or community outreach (2+ years preferred)

• A record of meeting visit, referral or growth targets

• Autism, ABA or pediatric behavioral health experience is a plus

• Strong consultative communication, self-direction and CRM habits

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout North Carolina
