Job summary

Oasis Health Partners is seeking a Business Development Director to grow our independent primary care footprint in North Carolina. You will lead a consultative, multi‑product sales strategy across Medicare Advantage full‑risk, MSSP, and MSO/RCM offerings, targeting physician owners and practice leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of direct physician-facing sales experience.
• Experience selling Medicare Advantage, MSSP, or MSO solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to build long-term relationships with independent primary care practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a market-specific growth plan across Medicare Advantage, MSSP, and MSO/RCM.
• Manage a multi-product pipeline and forecast growth in key metrics.
