Job summary

Oasis Health Partners is seeking a Business Development Director for North Carolina. You will grow Oasis’s footprint among independent primary care practices by selling Medicare Advantage, MSSP, and MSO services, while building trusted, long-term relationships with physicians and practice leaders.

You will report to the North Carolina Market Executive Director and collaborate with market teams to design a repeatable growth strategy across the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years selling to physicians.
• Experience with Medicare VBC, MSSP, or RCM/MSO preferred.
• Willing to travel across North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a market-specific growth plan across MA, MSSP, and MSO/RCM.
• Manage a disciplined, multi-product pipeline with separate forecasts.
• Lead consultative sales discussions with physician owners and practice leaders.
• Explain how Oasis offerings fit together to support independence and sustainability.
• Actively sell MSO services as standalone or add-on to existing plans.
• Develop relationships through in-person meetings and local events.
