Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide fundraising and donor engagement initiatives to meet annual revenue goals.
• Develop and implement donor stewardship strategies to strengthen retention and engagement.
• Manage a donor portfolio across North Carolina and support pipeline movement.
• Maintain donor, prospect, and fundraising activity in CRM and analyze progress.
• Support alumni fundraising and other statewide priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership to guide strategic development initiatives.
