Job summary

Dutech Systems in Spring, TX is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of NC, CNC, precision, and conventional machine tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial systems, read electrical schematics and P&IDs, and perform limited welding and basic plumbing while maintaining safety and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic diagrams and P&IDs.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools: multimeters, megohmmeters, gauges, calipers.
• Commitment to safety and following LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot NC, CNC, precision, and conventional machine tools and related equipment.
• Read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics, prints, and P&IDs.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and determine repairs.
• Identify replacement parts and perform limited welding and basic plumbing as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety compliance.
