About Advanceable ABA

Advanceable ABA is a growing, mission-driven ABA organization committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, and assent-based ABA services to children and families. We believe excellent clinical outcomes start with excellent clinical leadership — and we are looking for a strong, thoughtful, and experienced Clinical Director to help guide our North Carolina team as we continue to grow.

About the Role

The Clinical Director of ABA Services will provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for Advanceable ABA’s North Carolina clinical programs, with a strong focus on supporting growth in the Raleigh/Triangle area. This role is primarily leadership-focused, but the Clinical Director must be located in North Carolina and available for in-person support, team development, community relationship building, and occasional travel to clients, staff, referral partners, or future clinic locations.

What You’ll Do

As Clinical Director, you will:

  • Help set the clinical tone for the organization by providing guidance, oversight, and support across ABA service delivery

  • Supervise, coach, and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, and other clinical team members

  • Drive quality, compliance, and outcomes by monitoring clinical documentation, treatment integrity, client progress, supervision quality, and key clinical performance indicators

  • Collaborate with families and stakeholders to promote strong, respectful relationships

  • Help build and grow programs by supporting program growth, evaluating new clinical tools and initiatives, improving internal systems, and partnering with leadership on strategic planning

  • Support relationship-building with referral partners, providers, schools, and community organizations in the Raleigh/Triangle area

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a collaborative and confident leader with deep ABA experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for assent-based, family-centered care. The ideal candidate must:

  • Be located in North Carolina

  • Be located in the Raleigh/Triangle area, strongly preferred

  • Hold a Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Hold current BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing

  • Have North Carolina licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure, as required

  • Have 5–7+ years of ABA experience

  • Have at least 3 years of clinical leadership experience

  • Have a strong background supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical teams

  • Be able to travel within North Carolina as needed

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a multi-site or multi-state ABA organization

  • Experience with home-based and/or clinic-based ABA programs

  • Familiarity with clinical quality metrics, outcome tracking, and electronic practice management systems

  • Existing relationships with Raleigh/Triangle-area referral partners, providers, schools, or community organizations

  • Experience supporting clinical growth in a new or expanding market

Benefits

Advanceable ABA offers a competitive and supportive benefits package, including:

  • Competitive salary

  • Remote/hybrid leadership flexibility

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) retirement plan

  • Company 401(k) match

  • Paid time off

  • Paid holidays

  • Continuing education support

  • Professional development opportunities

  • Opportunities for leadership growth as the company expands

  • Collaborative clinical leadership team

  • Supportive, mission-driven company culture

  • Meaningful work with a growing organization committed to ethical and compassionate care

Why Join Us?

At Advanceable ABA, we are continuing to grow in North Carolina, with a particular focus on expanding our presence in the Raleigh/Triangle area. We are looking for a clinical leader who wants to help shape that growth the right way.

This role is ideal for someone who wants a meaningful leadership seat — supporting clinicians, improving systems, strengthening clinical quality, building relationships, and helping families access high-quality ABA services across the state.
