About the Role

The Clinical Director of ABA Services will provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for Advanceable ABA’s North Carolina clinical programs. This role is primarily leadership-focused, but the Clinical Director must be located in North Carolina and available for in-person support, team development, community relationship building, and occasional travel to clients, staff, referral partners, or future clinic locations.

What You’ll Do

As Clinical Director, you will:

  • Help set the clinical tone for the organization by providing guidance, oversight, and support across ABA service delivery

  • Supervise, coach, and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, and other clinical team members

  • Drive quality, compliance, and outcomes by monitoring clinical documentation, treatment integrity, client progress, supervision quality, and key clinical performance indicators

  • Collaborate with families and stakeholders to promote strong, respectful relationships

  • Help build and grow programs by supporting program growth, evaluating new clinical tools and initiatives, improving internal systems, and partnering with leadership on strategic planning

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a collaborative and confident leader with deep ABA experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for assent-based, family-centered care. The ideal candidate must:

  • Be located in North Carolina

  • Be located in the Triad or Triangle area, strongly preferred

  • Hold a Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Hold current BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing

  • Have North Carolina licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure, as required

  • Have 5–7+ years of ABA experience

  • Have at least 3 years of clinical leadership experience

  • Have a strong background supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical teams

  • Be able to travel within North Carolina as needed

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a multi-site or multi-state ABA organization

  • Experience with home-based and/or clinic-based ABA programs

  • Familiarity with clinical quality metrics, outcome tracking, and electronic practice management systems

  • Existing relationships with North Carolina referral partners, providers, schools, or community organizations

Benefits

Advanceable ABA offers a competitive and supportive benefits package, including:

  • Competitive salary

  • Remote/hybrid leadership flexibility

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) retirement plan

  • Company 401(k) match

  • Paid time off

  • Paid holidays

  • Continuing education support

  • Professional development opportunities

  • Opportunities for leadership growth as the company expands

  • Collaborative clinical leadership team

  • Supportive, mission-driven company culture

  • Meaningful work with a growing organization committed to ethical and compassionate care

Why Join Us?
