Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to support the Clinical Director across multiple clinics in North Carolina. You will oversee clinical operations, assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional development while maintaining a minimum billable caseload as required.

This role requires a Master’s degree, BCBA and NCLBA credentials, and at least five years of ABA clinical experience with two years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• Active NCLBA credential in good standing.
• Minimum of five (5) years of ABA clinical experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of clinical standards, procedures, and initiatives established by the Clinical Director.
• Assist with complex case consultation and clinical problem-solving.
• Support crisis management and clinical escalation procedures as directed by the Clinical Director.
• Assist with monitoring clinical service needs across assigned clinics.
• Support implementation of new clinical programs and service delivery models.
• Review resumes and applications for clinical positions.
• Participate in interviews for BCBAs and other clinical staff.
• Assist the Clinical Director with recruitment initiatives and hiring decisions.
• Support onboarding and orientation of newly hired clinical staff.
• Collaborate with Clinic Managers and scheduling teams regarding staffing needs.
• Assist with assignment and distribution of client cases.
• Support staffing coverage planning to maintain continuity of services.
• Coordinate CEU workshops and professional development opportunities for BCBAs.
• Assist with planning and facilitation of clinical trainings.
• Identify training needs and communicate recommendations to the Clinical Director.
• Promote continuing education and professional growth among clinical staff.
• Assist with development and implementation of training materials and resources.
• Maintain a minimum billable requirement as established by the organization.
• Assist with implementation of organizational initiatives as assigned by the Clinical Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.
