Job summary

Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, seeks a Curriculum Developer II / Instructional Developer II to independently develop and revise Navy training materials for CTC courseware modernization and sustainment efforts.

The role requires 3–5 years Navy curriculum development experience, a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, and strong writing and MS Office skills. Travel is expected as part of mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Three to five years Navy curriculum development experience.
• Equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise Navy training materials independently.
• Format products using approved templates and style guides.
• Incorporate Government review comments and edits.
• Support OMS repositories and version control logs.
• Proofread, hyperlink checks, and quality control reviews.
