Serco Inc. supports U.S. Navy Submarine In-service programs with engineering and fluid systems expertise.

The role requires the ability to obtain a DoW Secret security clearance and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. Strong written and oral communication, time management, and collaboration are essential. Travel up to 25% and the ability to work on-site in a dynamic, defense-focused team environment are expected as part of contributing to the submarine program office and ensuring safety
