Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) in Pullman, Washington, is seeking an experienced Lead Research Engineer (Power Systems) to advance Navy-focused power solutions. You will lead a team, define system specifications, and integrate protection and communication equipment into coherent shipboard power architectures.

You will work with a startup spirit within a large company, enjoy strong benefits, and contribute to safer, more reliable and economical electric power for naval applications.

Competenze

• Requirements include a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Expertise in power system design, integration and protection.
• Familiarity with Model-Based System Engineering.
• Experience with simulation and timing analysis.
• Experience with drafting.
• Experience with US Navy or marine applications.
